Soda Free since ‘83
So, maybe not since ‘83, but Monday for sure…. It has been one hell of a battle to go from drinking a 2 liter or Mt. Dew daily, to nothing. I really dislike the taste of plain filtered water, so when I found single serving flavor packets, I was sold. 
These 5g packets of heaven come in every flavor you can think of, by multiple companies. I even found a caffeinated version, which I drink 1 of each day. Caffeine headaches are more than I can handle, and I need to energy to work 12 hours a day.
I have to say that Crystal Light – Raspberry Ice, is my favorite thus far. Followed by Kroger brand active lifestyle – citrus, loaded with immune boosting elements (VitC, E and Antioxidants).
Another lifesaver is the Moosejaw .75L CamelBak Water Bottle, which is BPA free of course. Fill that sucker up to the 16oz line, pop in a few ice cubes and put the packet in. I feel 10x better than I did drinking soda.
Next up is fast food, but that will be even harder. I can DO IT!
